On the Market: A Spring Celebration of the Made in Michigan Writers Series
On Wednesday, May 13th, Wayne State University Press & Meijer Foundation celebrated On the Market: A Spring Celebration of the Made in Michigan Writers Series featuring Kelly Fordon, Michael Lauchlan, Ken Mikolowski, Margaret Noodin, Anne-Marie Oomen, and a special preview of To Light a Fire: 20 Years with the InsideOut Literary Arts Project. Each author performed a new piece created exclusively for this year’s event. It was an exciting night including live music, performance art, and a dash of drama presented in one of Detroit’s finest and most exciting arts venues, Trinosophes, Eastern Market Cafe.
