Summer Stories
Monday's in July, 8pm Via Zoom
This summer, when we cannot hold our popular literary series "Scribblers on the Roof" as usual, we are excited to present our first virtual reading series, "Summer Stories: AC Authors and Journalists." AC members will read from and discuss their work in fiction, non-fiction, memoir, and other genres, from 8-9pm.
July 27: Scholar Dr. Nancy Sinkoff and Publisher Michael Wise
Scholar/Author Dr. Nancy Sinkoff, Professor of Jewish Studies and History at Rutgers University, will read from and discuss her well-researched and lively book, From Left to Right: Lucy S. Dawidowicz, the New York Intellectuals and the Politics of Jewish History.
Publisher of New Vessel Press Michael Wise will read from I Belong to Vienna, by Anna Goldenberg, and discuss the eclectic work of this and other international authors.
Stay tuned for updates on authors and their books. Our rich array of authors, journalists, and hosts will share timeless and timely works on topics close to our hearts and on our minds. Next year on the Roof! In the meantime, we can broaden our horizons from the comfort of our homes.
As anyone can join in on Zoom, invite your far-flung friends and family.
