Join The Detroit Writing Room Book Club for our February author talk featuring Rochelle Riley!

Riley is an award-winning journalist and Director of Arts and Culture for the city of the Detroit. She co-wrote the book "That They Lived: African Americans Who Changed the World" — a collection of essays and photographs about famous African Americans that all children should know — that will be published this February by the Wayne State University Press.

During the virtual book talk, guests will have an opportunity to greet the author, enjoy a book discussion and ask questions during a live Q&A!
